New Horizons is a registered provider of AQA unit award scheme which is a unique recording of achievement scheme, rather than a qualification. It offers learners the opportunity to have their achievements formally recognised with a certificate each time a short unit of learning is successfully completed.
Kellie Lawton

New Horizons was established by Kellie Lawton in 2020 who has over 20 years experience working with young people in a variety of settings.
Kellie worked in mainstream schools, youth centres and residential care homes, but Kellie always felt that she had more to offer and that's when the idea of New Horizons developed.
Kellie now aims to work within local communities, providing enrichment and education to vulnerable members of the community.
New Horizons Enrichment & Education offers a variety of programmes to re-engage young people and adults in education/training and employment.

We offer bespoke programmes to cater for individual needs.

Our education, mental health & wellbeing programmes and training packages provide high quality support for;
young people
professionals
education/care establishments
and the wider community, enhancing learning opportunities and improving life chances.
New Horizons will offer support to learners who have been excluded from school, are at risk of exclusion or do not attend mainstream school due to a variety of reasons. Programmes on offer will promote work related learning, community participation and personal development.
Developing learners social, moral, spiritual and cultural strengths will allow them to succeed in education, work and society. Enrichment programmes will promote students to make good choices, work together as a team and consider influences and actions.

All students receive weekly reviews, and this is readily available for schools. When students begin their journey with us, they will complete a baseline assessment which will be reviewed on a regular basis.
